This is a limited capacity event. Please arrive during the operational hours designated on your ticket. If you arrive less then 15 minutes before the closing time it is not guaranteed that you will enter any of the attractions. Tickets can not be scanned once the date on your ticket has passed. Once the date on your ticket has passed, the ticket has expired and is no longer valid.

No Refunds or Returns, this includes unused and/or expired tickets. No refunds of service fees.

 

Print your tickets at home and arrive at Chambers Of Hell during the operational hours and date you have chosen. Your print at home ticket will be scanned at/near the front door of the facility and you will be admitted to enter. Tickets may also be scanned via your mobile device. The entire ticket (digital or otherwise) must be presented at the point of entry, photographs of tickets and/or barcodes may not be honored.

 

**If you purchase a ticket from anyone other than Chambers Of Hell, you are at serious risk of being ripped off. Chambers Of Hell loss prevention voids many fraudulent tickets every year before they are even redeemed, and the people who purchase these tickets not only lost their money but they are unable to enter the haunt and often must spend time talking to local authorities.

GROUP TICKETS

 If you have a group of over 50 that would like to attend, please e-mail Chambersofhellny@gmail.com with as many details as possible, and although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your group request, we will do our best to try to find a solution.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All Ticket Sales are Final. No Refunds or Returns (this includes unused and/or expired tickets).

Chambers Of Hell does not sell or distribute the data we collect during the ticket purchase. We use your data to facilitate the purchase of your tickets, and on occasion, to contact you regarding specific haunted attraction and related activities.

When you place an order for tickets to Chambers Of Hell, you will be transferred to a secure website. All personal information, including credit card information, is communicated to us using encryption technology that prevents a third party from gaining access to this information.

ONSITE TICKET SALES

On most nights, some tickets will be available at the Box Office, but there are no guarantees. Tickets are limited and subject to sell out without notice. It is strongly recommended that you purchase tickets online in order to avoid a sudden sell out.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

Chambers Of Hell is an indoor attraction and will not close due to normal seasonal weather conditions. In the unlikely event that extreme weather forces us to be closed on a given night, appropriate measure will be taken to refund or reschedule unscanned tickets for the night of the service interruption.

BAG AND ITEMS POLICY

BAGS, PURSES, BACKPACKS, FANNY PACKS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE FACILITY FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME. IN THE EVENT ANY ITEMS SUCH AS GLASSES, PHONES, WALLETS, KEYS, ETC ARE LOST IN THE VENUE CUSTOMERS CAN LEAVE THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION AND DESCRIPTION OF THE LOST ITEM WITH A MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT AND THE LOSS PREVENTION TEAM WILL CONDUCT A SEARCH AFTER CLOSING HOURS FOR A PICK UP THE FOLLOWING DAY.
